Supplement for sojourn under 3 days: +5,00 € to +15,00 € per person per day
Our Royal-Half board Prices are calculated PER PERSON PER DAY for the overnight in the double room, all taxes included.
Ski pass is NOT included in the price. Ski-Bus-Stop: only 200 m to the bus stop "Bistro Walter", 300 m "Egitzhof" and "Mühlener Hof" (goes every 20/30 min.)
Reduction for only Bed & Breakfast:
-8,00 € per person/day
No deduction for not consumed meals.
All rooms with shower/WC, TV with SAT, telephone, safe, hairdryer and in large part with balcony.
Arrival and departure is possible on every day of the week
The rooms are ready at 02.00 p.m. on arrival day and must be left until 11.00 a.m. on departure day. If possible (no re-occupancy) the room can be hold until the afternoon with a surcharge of 20,00 € inclusive the using of the wellness-area.
Supplement for the using of the wellness-area only 8,00 € per person.
Supplement for single room: 10,00 € per day
Additional charge for the double room used as single room: 16,00 € per day
REDUCTION FOR CHILDRENS only in the added bed in the parents room: until 1 year free of charge (100%), from 1 to 3 years € 12,00 per day, from 3 to 6 years: -50%, from 6 to 10 years: -30%, from 10 to 13 years: -20% on the daily / weekly price.
Reduction for adults in the 3rd and 4th added bed: -10%.
Rich breakfast buffet, evening dinner with menu choice and saladbuffet, every week special menus (Tyrolean, Italian, fish, candle light,...) with aperitif
Daily free of charge access oasis: heated indoor-pool and small fitness room

Massages on advanced announcement on certain days against extra payment
Gratis using of the Finnish sauna and of the Turkey steam bath (every day changing from 4 to 6 p.m. – notice in advance desired) with cold water basin.
Jacuzzi 4,50 € (tub for max. 4/5 persons, coin á 8 min.)
Solarium 7,00 € (coin á 12 min.)
LONG-BONUS: -15,00 € reduction on final room bill with a sojourn of more than 13 days
Domestic animals are welcome, but have no access to our dining room and wellness-area. Daily costs: 4,00 € to 15,00 € (without forage). Please take a sleeping-blanket for your friend on 4 pads! In case of large defilement we charge 30,00 € as final cleaning of the room on the bill.
Free of charge parking area and covered garage (12 spaces); heated ski room.
Preferred payment: cash. For Italian people also cheque and Bancomat.
You can also pay by credit card (Visa, Euro and Mastercard). We accept EC-cheques only with a bank-fee of 6,00 €
Reservation: per post, fax or e-mail with the complete address and telephone number. A deposit of 200,00 € per booked room and week is requested for every confirmed reservation.

Cancellation: is unpleasant for both parts! So: Free-of charge cancellation until 4 weeks before your booked dates. When we receive short dated cancellations, late arrival or earlier departure, and you have not signed our travel insurance, we charge the legal cancellation costs of 3 days and/or we keep the deposit.
